How Clean Is The Air In Your Home?

The average person spends a lot of time indoors, be it at home relaxing with your family, sleeping (on average 26 years of your life will be spent sleeping!) or at work.  That's why it is so important that when you're inside you're breathing the best air that you possibly can.

We breathe in approximately 9,000 litres of air each day.  In that air there could be a myriad of particles from simple household dust to mold spores, all of which can cause eye, nose and throat irritation, headaches, dizziness and fatigue.  A lot of times these symptoms are usually short-term and easily treatable, usually by eliminating the source of the irritant.

Long-term exposure to these pollutants however can cause more serious health concerns such as respiratory issues, heart disease and cancer.  It is incredibly important to try to improve and maintain the indoor air quality of your home, even if symptoms are not noticeable.
